My signature mindful yoga flow practice for health and vitality. A perfect blend of mobility and strength, grounding and energizing. Moving with intention and attention to feel connected and spacious. This class is run by me, and is offered from my home studio. 

Registered 8-week series. Jaanuary 9 - February 27

PRENATAL YOGA - Online / In-Person

This class is designed specifically for the needs of your changing body during pregnancy. Flowing sequences, stretches, breath and visualizations are used to soothe common pregnancy discomforts and prepare you for birth. Various topics will also be discussed, including pelvic floor health, fetal positioning and movements for labour. Take time to slow down and connect with your body and baby.
