Registered 8-week series January 9 - February 27, 2022

SUNDAY | 10-11am EST 

My signature mindful yoga flow practice for health and vitality. A perfect blend of mobility and strength, grounding and energizing. Moving with intention and attention to feel connected and spacious. This class is run by me, and is offered from my home studio. Class recording will be sent out to participants each week.


$104 - EARLY BIRD - register before January 1, 2022

$120 - register January 1, 2022 onward

How to register?

To sign up, simply contact me here and I will email you a waiver. Once you have signed the waiver, you can email it back to me, along with an e-transfer payment.

Once your payment has been processed, I will send you a payment receipt and the Zoom link to use for the class.

What will you need for the class?

The class is offered via Zoom. You will need to install Zoom on your device and open an account (there is a free option available). 

Before the class beings, use the Zoom link I have provided you to enter our "Zoom Meeting". I leave it up to you to turn on your video or not for the class. 

I will keep the usage of props to minimum, however, I highly recommend 2 blocks and a yoga straps for the practice. As an alternative, you can use big books or food cans in place of blocks, and a belt or scarf instead pf a yoga strap.
